About These Terms
These terms apply when you use mylockerdrop.com or buy from LockerDrop LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
Photos and Permission
Anyone who submits an athlete's name, number, photo or other information must have appropriate authorization to do so and the right to use it for personalized merchandise. You may buy merchandise featuring an existing athlete design without claiming to be the athlete's parent or guardian.
You give LockerDrop permission to use your submission only to create your avatar, show previews and produce your order. We do not use customer-submitted designs or athlete images in promotions without separate permission.
Do not submit photos of other people without permission, offensive or unlawful content, or school or team names, logos or other trademarks you are not authorized to use. We may refuse or cancel such orders.
Rights and Permissions for Submitted Content
By submitting a photograph, name, likeness, number, or any other material, you represent that you own it or have all rights, permissions and consents needed to use it on commercial merchandise, including permission from any person shown or named (or from that person's parent or guardian where required). This includes rights of publicity and privacy, copyrights, trademarks and any other protected material.
The permission confirmation you give when uploading a photo is your representation that you have these rights. It does not replace LockerDrop's own review. LockerDrop may review any submission and may reject, remove or cancel submissions or orders involving content that may be unauthorized, infringing or otherwise inappropriate, at its discretion. If we cancel a paid order for this reason, we will refund it to the original payment method.
You are responsible for content you submit. If someone contacts us claiming a submission uses their likeness or protected material without permission, we may remove it and contact you.
Avatars and Previews
Avatars are illustrated, AI-assisted interpretations and will not exactly match the photo. Printed colors and placement may vary slightly from on-screen previews.
Orders, Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order affected by a pricing error or suspected fraud. Orders are printed by our independent printing and fulfillment partner.
Shipping, Cancellations and Returns
Shipping rates and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellation is available until your order is released for production; cancellations, damaged or incorrect items, and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Fundraisers
When you select a participating fundraiser, a portion of the merchandise price of qualifying items is credited to that organization according to its program terms. Tax and shipping are not included. Merchandise purchases that support a fundraiser are generally not tax-deductible charitable donations. Please consult your own tax adviser about your situation.
Intellectual Property
LockerDrop's logo, templates and website content belong to LockerDrop LLC. You keep the rights you have in your submitted photos.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer protection rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
