Information We Collect
- Athlete photos and avatar details. When you create an avatar, you upload or take a photo and choose details such as sport, uniform colors and number. The photo and these details (but not the athlete's name) are sent to our avatar generation service to create an illustrated avatar.
- Order information. Name, email, optional phone number, shipping address, items, sizes, colors, athlete name and number, and the personalized artwork needed to print your order.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Fundraiser information. If you support or apply for a fundraiser, we record the selected fundraiser and, for organizers, contact and organization details.
- Contact and cancellation requests. Name, email, message, any order number you provide, and the time we received your request.
- Device storage. Your browser stores your in-progress designs, generated avatar, cart and fundraiser selection so you can continue without an account.
How Athlete Photos Are Handled
- Your photo is sent from our website's server directly to our avatar generation service. Our website does not save the original photo in its own storage.
- The finished avatar is saved in your browser. When you place an order, the avatar and the print files made from it are stored privately by LockerDrop and are accessible only to authorized staff for production and support.
- We do not use submitted photos, athlete images or customer designs in promotions without separate permission.
How We Use Information
To create avatars and designs, process and fulfill orders, handle cancellations and refunds, send order emails, credit fundraisers, respond to inquiries, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
Who We Share It With
- Stripe, for payment processing and tax calculation.
- Our avatar generation service, to create avatars from submitted photos.
- Our independent printing and fulfillment partner and shipping carriers, to make and deliver orders.
- Our hosting, database and email providers, to operate the website.
- Fundraiser organizations receive only aggregate sales and earnings totals, not customer names or addresses.
Age and Children
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. Anyone who submits an athlete's information or photo must have appropriate authorization to do so. You may buy merchandise featuring an existing athlete design without being the athlete's parent or guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.
Retention
We keep order records and print artwork as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle issues and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

You can clear saved designs by clearing your browser's site data. You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and records we must keep (for example, order, tax and accounting records). We aim to respond within 30 days, or sooner when required by law.
